    • Confirmed violations will result in appropriate action, which may include training, reassignment, suspension, or termination.
  5. Protection Against Retaliation
    • Retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or participates in an investigation will not be tolerated and will itself be subject to discipline.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Promote a respectful culture and model appropriate behavior at all times.
  • Take all complaints seriously and escalate them to HR or Compliance immediately.
  • Ensure no retaliation occurs against individuals who report or speak up.
