Booking.com: NBA and WNBA’s Newest Partner

Booking.com has recently announced that they have partnered with both the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).

It was announced as a multiyear partnership that makes Booking.com the official online travel partner of both the NBA and WNBA.

With this partnership, this marks the first time that Booking.com has partnered with a
professional U.S. women’s sports league.

Booking.com saw the WNBA quickly expanding with new rising stars such as Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese and worked out a deal to become not only the NBA’s official partner, but also the WNBA.

Which is a big step for the brand, but also U.S. women’s sports, in light of creating more outreach, marketing, and expansion. “Our mission at Booking.com is to make it easier for everyone to experience the world – and that includes bringing fans closer to the sports they love,” said Ben Harrell, Managing Director, U.S. at Booking.com.

The partnership will have gone into full effect at the start of the 2025 WNBA season (May 16)
and it will continue on with the NBA for the 2025-2026 season, which begins in October.
Booking.com and all its features will be implemented across the leagues’ social, digital, and broadcast platform, along with high-visibility media exposure on the court during regular and postseason games.

This partnership will look to bring out the most for the fan experience to deepen the engagements of teams, their fans, and players. While also creating fun environments with fun marketing campaigns surrounding how the leagues’ fans can make the most out of their
basketball-inspired travels.
