The Baltimore Ravens hosted the Pittsburgh Steelers at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on Saturday night, as it was scheduled due to both teams playing on Christmas Day on Wednesday.
The Steelers lost to their in-state rival the Philadelphia Eagles 27-13 last Sunday, while the Ravens won against the lowly- New York Giants on Sunday.
In Pittsburgh, on Week 11, the Steelers stole the game after the Ravens could not tie it up after a touchdown to Zay Flowers.
The Ravens struck first after a touchdown to Isiah Likely in the first quarter, before MyCole Pruitt had a touchdown reception on the goal line from Russell Wilson in the second quarter to tie the game up.
Kyle Van Noy recovered a fumble that was punched out of Wilson by Ar’Darius Washington at the Baltimore 4, and then the Ravens marched 96 yards down the field for a 14-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson to Rashod Bateman.
Cordarelle Patterson had a 12-yard touchdown reception from Wilson that tied the game up at 17, and then after the touchdown, the Ravens did not allow any more points for the rest of the game, which was highlighted by a 37-yard interception touchdown return by Marlon Humphrey in the fourth quarter as the Ravens won 34-17 over the Steelers.
Jackson now has the franchise record for most passing touchdowns in a single season in Ravens history surpassing his own total from 2019 with his current total of 37.
As mentioned above, both teams will be playing on Christmas Day with the Steelers facing the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Ravens facing the Houston Texans (both games on Netflix).
