The Philadelphia Eagles hosted the Minnesota Vikings at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday afternoon in the final preseason matchup. Both teams were undefeated coming into this game, but with a win, there would be only one undefeated team coming from this game.
The Eagles were dominated by Vikings quarterback Jaren Hall almost the entire game, allowing him to pass for 162 yards, and for two passing touchdowns, while the only points came from the feet of Jake Elliott, who made a 41 yard field goal in the second quarter.
The Eagles coughed up three turnovers, including an interception thrown and fumble lost by quarterback Tanner McKee, who is competing with Will Grier for the third QB spot behind Kenny Pickett and Jalen Hurts.
Vikings kicker Will Reichard who was picked in the sixth round in this year’s draft made all four field goals as the Vikings clobbered the Eagles 26-3.
The Eagles will travel to Brazil to face the Green Bay Packers on Friday. Sept. 6th on Peacock.
