Jags Shut Out the Falcons in Preseason Finale, 31-0

The Jacksonville Jaguars traveled to the Peach State to face the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA for the final preseason game on Friday. The Jags were looking to go undefeated in the preseason after winning the first two games of the season while the Falcons were trying to avoid a winless preseason after losing the first two games. 

Trevor Lawrence played the first two drives for the Jags offense, and threw for a passing touchdown in both of those drives, and then Mac Jones threw a touchdown pass to Elijah Cooks with 18 seconds left in the first half. 

The Jaguars defense shut out the Falcons offense as they won 31-0 as the Jags will will be undefeated for the 2024 preseason. 

The Jags will open the regular season on Sept. 8 in South Florida when they face the Miami Dolphins at 1 pm on CBS.
