Atlanta Dream Bests Seattle Storm, 83-81

At Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia Friday night the Atlanta Dream hosted the Seattle Storm for game two of the three-game season series between the two teams, and with Atlanta’s 83-81 win, the series is now split 1-1. 

Rhyne Howard led the way for Atlanta putting up 30 points, eight defensive rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks. Allisha

Gray finished the night with 19 points, one defensive rebound, one offensive rebound, two assists, three steals, and one block. 

Atlanta was 30-63 from the field goal, 6-17 in three-pointers, and 17-23 from the free throw. They had seven fast break points, 40 points in the paint, and 14 points off turnovers.

Next up for Atlanta is a matchup with the Connecticut Sun Sunday afternoon at Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia.
