As the much-awaited 2024 NFL season draws nearer, teams are eagerly preparing for on-field action. The Chicago Bears will be one of the first teams to convene their entire squad, as rookies are set to report on July 16 and veterans on July 19. The Bears are scheduled to clash with the Houston Texans in the NFL/Hall of Fame Game on August 1 in Canton, Ohio.
The Baltimore Ravens and the reigning Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs, who are set to face off in the league’s annual primetime kickoff game on Thursday, September 5, will have their complete teams on site by July 20. The Ravens’ rookies already reported on July 13.
Philadelphia, slated to play Green Bay in the NFL’s historic first regular-season game in Brazil on September 6, is also expecting their entire team to be on site by July 21.
By July 23, twenty-eight clubs will have their full teams reporting, while Atlanta and Pittsburgh will have veterans reporting on July 24.
Rookies from Buffalo, Miami, and the N.Y. Giants will report on July 16, with veterans joining them on July 23. As for the Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, and Jacksonville Jaguars, rookies are scheduled to report on July 19, and veterans on July 23. Rookies from the Jets and the Commanders will report on July 18, with veterans joining them on July 23.
This year, all clubs will kick off Training Camp with team-led fan events as part of the Training Camp: Back Together Weekend Presented by YouTube TV, which is slated to take place on July 27 and 28. This will be an exciting opportunity for fans to get an early glimpse of both new and veteran players, as well as learn about their team’s roster depth heading into the upcoming NFL season.
For fans eager to immerse themselves in all the excitement, NFL Network, NFL+, ABC, and ESPN will provide comprehensive coverage of practices, player interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and fan events across the country. In addition, NFL Network’s “Inside Training Camp” coverage will kick off on July 29, offering daily insights into training camps through August 7.
