NFL Combine Workout Results Day 1

On Thursday in Lucas Oil Stadium the Defensive Tackles, Edge Rushers, and Linebackers all had their workouts during day one of the four workout days. Here are the top 10 best players for each drill today.

The 10 second split leader for both linebackers and edge rushers is at 1.54 with two players tied for the lead at edge and four players at linebacker. The Defensive Tackle leader was .1 seconds slower than the fastest linebacker time with 1.64.

The 20-yard Shuttle only saw one player post a under 4.2 with Edge Rusher Marshawn Kneeland (4.18) leading all players. For Defensive Tackle two players had a 4.37 which was nearly .3 second faster then third place with 4.66. In the Linebacker category there was nearly a .2 second drop off between second and third place. All players didn’t participate in the 20-Yard Shuttle.

With the Vertical Jump only one player during day one had over a 40 inch vertical. Dallas Turner jumped 40.50 inches which led all players. Braden Fiske from Florida State led the Defensive Tackles in the vertical jump with 33.50.

For the Broad Jump Branden Fiske led all Defensive Tackles with 9.9 foot Broad Jump while two edge rushers and one linebacker led all players from day one with a 10.8 foot Broad Jump.
