The Washington Commanders will travel into Atlanta in an attempt to snap a three game losing streak. After winning the first two games of the season the Commander have been on a three game skid with the most recent loss coming last Thursday at home against the Chicago Bears.
Washington has a 16-10-1 record against their opponent the Atlanta Falcons all time. When it comes to playing on the road in Atlanta, the Commanders are 6-6-1.
This is the third consecutive season that the two teams have faced off with the Commanders on a two game win streak.
Coach Ron Rivera is looking to pass the 100 career coaching win mark after winning his 100th career coaching game versus the Denver Broncos in week two.
Terry McLaurin also is in line to make history as he is six receptions and eighth receiving yards from entering tenth all time in franchise history in both categories.
The six receptions will pass Jordan Reed while the eight receiving yards would pass Pierre Garcon.
On the injury report for Washington cornerback Christian Holmes is ruled out, while defensive lineman Efe Obada is questionable.
The Commanders will kickoff against the Falcons at 1:00PM EST.
