In Columbus, Ohio Saturday afternoon, Maryland met Ohio State in front of a crowd of 104,974 at Ohio Stadium.
Unfortunately all didn’t end so well for the Terps who were defeated by the No. 4 Buckeyes 37-17.
Taulia Tagovailoa threw for 196 yards, with a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown. Kaden Pratherhad three catches for 49 yards and a touchdown while Jeshaun Jones added 59 receiving yards on five catches.
On defense, Kellan Wyatt recorded a sack on third-and-10 on the Buckeyes’ second drive to record his third consecutive game with at least a partial sack. Also noteworthy is Donnell Brown’s first-quarter sack to force a punt, his first as a Terp.
