The Baltimore Ravens hosted the Indianapolis Colts at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD on Sunday. Both teams were missing big pieces as the Ravens were without wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr and running back Justice Hill and the Colts were without rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson.
The Ravens scored the game’s first touchdown as quarterback Lamar Jackson took it in from eight yards out. The Colts would tie the game with a 17 yard touchdown pass from Gardner Minshew to Zach Moss. They’d take the lead with 3:26 left in the first with a 31-yard field goal from Matt Gay.
With the score 13-7 in favor of the Colts with just 13 seconds left in the third quarter, Jackson would rush for his second touchdown of the afternoon, and Justin Tucker’s extra point gave the Ravens a 14-13 lead.
With the scored tied at 19 with one second left, Tucker missed a 61-yard field goal, and the game went into overtime.
With 1:53 left in overtime, Matt Gay kicked a 53-yard field goal to give the Colts a 22-19 victory. The Ravens suffer their first loss of the season.
Baltimore will head back on the road to take on the Cleveland Browns next Sunday. That game is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. ET.
