The Washington Commanders and Baltimore Ravens will go against one another in the Battle of the Beltway to wrap up Week 2 of the 2023 NFL preseason.
The Ravens have had their starting quarterback since 2019 in Lamar Jackson, but head coach John Harbaugh has said neither Jackson nor Tyler Huntley will play. Quarterbacks Josh Johnson and Anthony Brown will play as Baltimore look to win their NFL-record 25th consecutive preseason game.
Baltimore also added some talent to their team as they recently signed 2014 #1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney. We will also get to see more of newly acquired wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr and former Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers.
The Commanders have also named their new starting quarterback in Sam Howell, and like Jackson, he should play a good chunk of this game as both teams prepare for the 2023 NFL season. The duo of Howell and Terry McLaurin is also something to watch for as they could be a dynamic duo during the regular season.
This game will be played at FedEx Field in Landover, MD tonight. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET and the game will be televised on ESPN.
